BLC 2024 Youth Event
Join us for our annual Youth Day! Tuesday, August 13th Nisswa Community Center, Nisswa, MN (25628 Main St, Nisswa, MN 56468) 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Kids ages 4-15 Cost: FREE Rain or shine, the event will go on! Spots fill up quickly, so don't delay in getting registered. The event is limited to just 75 kids! Join us for our annual youth day at the Nisswa Community Center in Nisswa. Kids will engage in activities with the MN DNR, who will be there with LIVE fish and even make a lure to take home. Kids will also test their casting skills with the Lund Sponsored “LUNDker Lake” where they will cast for fish, and register them in the virtual fishing contest! **Every kid goes home with new fishing gear for their tackle box!** Pre-register your kids online as this event is limited to 75 kids! Sign in for the event begins at 6:00 p.m. with dinner to follow at 6:30 p.m. Breakout sessions will begin promptly after dinner. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This is the youth fishing event of the year that you won’t want to miss! |

2024 Youth Night Recap
The Brainerd Lakes Muskies Inc. Chapter held their annual youth night on Tuesday August, 13th 2024 at the Nisswa Community Center. What a great turn out we had! With 53 kids in attendance the park was full of excitement! To start off the night the families came and had a bite to eat.
The kids were divided into 7 groups for the 7 different stations. The stations consisted of "Lundker Lake", MN DNR, knot Tying, build your own lure, art/craft station, minnow races, and invasive species.
To end the night we called all the kids and families back into the community center. Thanked everyone for coming and supporting youth night and handed every kid a set of lures and a tackle box provided by Tutt's Bait and Tackle.
