MN State High School Muskie Tournament
June 19, 2026 • 7:00 am to 11:30 am (fishing hours) • Lake Alexander
On June 19th, the BLC hosted our High School Muskie Tournament, with the help of the St Cloud Muskies Inc Chapter and Llungen Lures. Two teams were able to pull it off this year with some great muskies being caught - the first in a few years! We’re happy to get these kids on the water and seeing them with some of their first muskies! We also put new tackle into ALL participants tackle boxes!
The top two teams that caught muskies, along with two other teams, will be able to advance to the state tournament in August on Lake Vermilion.

From Regionals to State Championship, opportunities for our local youth to fish muskies at a competitive level is awesome! The BLC will be there now and in the future for these kids to excel in the sport of muskie fishing!
